Heather Conti joined Sagemark Consulting after working for a life insurance brokerage firm for 11 years. She provided several years of administrative office support, and subsequently held a business case manager position, responsible for processing new life insurance business for the company. She is experienced in navigating challenges, to get things done for clients.
Heather grew up in Cleveland and now resides in Mayfield Heights with her 9-year-old daughter Ella. They love to spend their weekends outdoors, taking bike rides in the park, and swimming as much as possible during the warm weather months.
Heather is passionate about serving client needs while providing high-level administrative support, and she looks forward to contributing to the success of Jeff and Joe Kosek’s team
